C2O Americas, a leading provider of integrated infrastructure and engineering solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated FP&A / Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Houston. This role will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations across our growing North American business.
Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct detailed gross margin and project margin analysis to support commercial decision-making
•
Support the preparation and maintenance of cash flow forecasts to inform working capital and investment planning
•
Deliver the monthly financial reporting package, including variance analysis, commentary and executive summaries
•
Support compliance with tax reporting requirements in coordination with internal and external advisors
•
Prepare and manage payment and lien waiver affidavits in support of project operations
•
Generate and analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable reports
•
Provide project support and assist in maintaining our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite experience preferred)
•
Deliver ongoing process improvements.
•
Perform intercompany eliminations and reconciliations to ensure accurate consolidated financials
•
Support annual budget preparation process
•
Assist with broader finance and accounting tasks as needed across the organization
About You
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•
3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, project accounting, or financial reporting
•
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable
•
Excellent organizational and communication skills
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
