Generator Technician

Midwest Electric and Generator is currently hiring for a Generator Technician working with our residential and commercial generator customers. This position travels out to our customers to perform required maintenance, oil changes, and service on installed generators. We provide all necessary training and certification for this position. Previous experience as a Lube tech preferred but not required.

Primary Duties include

•

Performing 6-8 oil changes a day at our customers place of residence.

•

Working with generators on a daily basis.

•

Covering all of Minnesota but most job locations within 60 miles of Elk River.

•

Company provided take home truck.

•

Company provided cell phone & tablet.

•

Working with small engine style maintenance (999cc).

•

Be physically capable of bending, squatting, lifting and able to work in all temperatures year around.

•

All tools and items required are company provided.

•

Maintain day to day updating of customer accounts in local system.

•

Be able to pass a background check.

•

Position is available in Elk River MN.
