Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

``` Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of groundskeepers and landscapers

- Maintain and manage the overall appearance of the landscape and garden areas

- Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep

- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team

- Ensure that all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards

- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper landscaping techniques

- Monitor inventory levels of landscaping supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with clients or property owners to understand their specific landscaping needs

- Assist in the design and implementation of new landscape projects

- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry

- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance practices

- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
