Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Synergy Lawnscape. This position is crucial for maintaining the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial properties in our care. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to providing exceptional lawn care and landscaping services.

Responsibilities

•

Other related tasks as assigned.

•

Must be able to work assigned schedule, which is Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

•

Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.

•

Maintain landscape aesthetics through planting, weeding, and mulching.

•

Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.

•

Assist with hardscaping projects as needed, ensuring quality workmanship.

•

Conduct tree trimming and removal as required to promote healthy growth.

•

Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptly.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

•

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques.

•

Ability to operate hand tools and lawn care equipment safely.

•

Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus.

•

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

•

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
