About This Job

General Maintenance worker needed for Greer Industries, Inc. Must be dependable, work well with others, as well as, independently. Duties include but are not limited to lawn work, maintaining equipment, building maintenance on several buildings, other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

•

Ability to do manual labor including lifting items at least as heavy as 75 pounds as necessary.

•

Ability to climb ladders and stairs, bending and stooping as necessary.

•

Must have ability to work during inclement conditions including extreme heat and cold.

•

Must possess good communication skills and work well with all applicable entities involved in the process at all times.

•

Candidates must be dependable and consistent to report as scheduled.
