Job Overview

We are seeking an Equipment Mechanic/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Duties

•

Perform maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment

•

Utilize welding techniques to repair or fabricate parts as necessary

•

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards

•

Deliver equipment to customer's location as needed. Instruct customer on how to use equipment and gather all necessary info such as before/after video, contract signatures, and payment methods

•

Properly input customer/equipment information into business software

Skills

•

Basic welding skills for repairs and fabrication tasks

•

Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively

•

Strong customer service orientation to maintain positive client relationships

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

•

Attention to detail to ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations

•

Class A CDL a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift

•

8 hour shift
