Job Description
•
Complete inspection of pipe, connectors, and welding consumables
•
Complete disposition accordance with procedure for control of nonconforming product/materials that is found discrepant.
•
Verify JO to Joint Number
•
Perform welding processes.
•
Perform Fabrication requirements on shop routers with minimal supervision.
•
Accurately mark pipe with unique identification marker
•
Prior to start of job review machine for proper operations
•
Maintain equipment so that it is in proper functioning condition.
•
Complete shift production reports by reviewing/checking work to ensure that is complete accurate and legible.
•
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe, shop and production area.
•
Work with and communicate with 3rd party inspectors.
