Responsibilities:

•

Visit homeowners in assigned territory to assess their home improvement needs.

•

Conduct thorough inspections and precise measurements of homes to provide tailored solutions.

•

Present our PROVEN 10-step selling methodology, ensuring a 50% sale closing ratio.

•

Help homeowners analyze options and make informed decisions based on clear facts and figures.

•

Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

•

Keep a positive attitude and uphold professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements:

•

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

Valid Driver’s License.

•

Fluency in English.

•

Ability to work nights and weekends.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

•

Outgoing, extroverted personality with adaptability when interacting with team members, management, and clients.

•

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
