The
HR Business Partnerplays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success across designated business units. This role focuses on delivering expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy compliance, acting as a trusted consultant to management. The HRBP fosters cross-functional partnerships to enhance employee engagement, resolve complex issues, and support workforce planning, ensuring HR initiatives reflect CAMS’ strategic goals.

Summary
Applicants must possess a
valid driver's licenseand maintain a clean driving record, as this position requires occasional travel for company business. Candidates should be comfortable operating a vehicle as part of their job responsibilities and must meet any applicable company and insurance requirements.
