Solar is seeking a Human Resource Business partner to provide dedicated HR support and guidance to the Mabank, TX facility. You will work closely with the leadership teams on their strategic people priorities, providing tailored services and solutions in support of their business and talent needs. As a key member of the Solar Human Resources team, it is important to have growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build an engaging culture. Summary Pay Range:

$108,834.00 - $163,252.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
