Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Replacement Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in servicing and replacing equipment . This role involves working on various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

•

Remove, and Install, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in existing homes.

•

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.

•

Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

•

Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners to provide updates, explain any issues, and ensure their confidence and satisfaction throughout the project.

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment repair/replacement.

•

Familiarity with HVAC installation techniques, and best practices.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•

Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

•

Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
