G&C Plumbing & Heating—a trusted, family-owned company in Bellingham, MA—is launching a brand-new HVAC division, and we’re looking for a skilled, service-driven leader to take the helm.
What You’ll Do:
•
Take charge of our new HVAC division—setting the bar for quality, service, and innovation.
•
Handle installations, repairs, and diagnostics for residential and light commercial systems.
•
Troubleshoot with precision and deliver solutions that last.
•
Mentor up-and-coming techs and help build a strong, skilled team.
•
Work closely with company leadership to guide the growth of the HVAC department.
•
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships through trust and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
•
Preferred 3 years of HVAC experience with a proven track record of excellence.
•
Massachusetts HVAC licenses and certifications.
•
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
•
Natural leadership abilities — ready to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team.
•
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
•
A proactive, service-driven approach to every job.
