Job description

We are hiring an HVAC Project supervisor

Responsibilities

•

Project Oversight: Manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget adherence.

•

Scope & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with client and business goals.

•

Budget & Cost Control: Develop budgets, monitor costs, and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability.

•

Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and oversee project timelines, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors.

•

Team Management: Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel, ensuring efficient workflow.

•

Permitting & Compliance: Ensure projects meet local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

•

Procurement & Materials: Manage procurement of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials to keep projects on schedule.

•

Client Relations: Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

•

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.

Identify and resolve project issues, deficiencies and determine critical path

•

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present project progress to stakeholders.

•

Technology & Software: Utilize project management and estimating software to track progress and optimize efficiency.

•

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address technical challenges and resolve project issues promptly.

•

Change Management: Adapt to changes in project scope, adjusting schedules and resources accordingly.

•

Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC installations meet industry safety and quality standards.

•

Bilingual Preferred ( Armenian or Russian)
