American Home Design is hiring a full-time In-Home Water Sales Representative for our Nashville area team. American Home Design is a local company that is the exclusive dealer of RainSoft residential water treatment equipment in this area. RainSoft is a 65 year old company and a leading brand of water treatment and water purification systems worldwide. We are growing and looking for sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work-life balance.

Are you outgoing and pleasantly persuasive? Can you build instant rapport with a stranger? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our Representatives go on preset and pre-qualified appointments in the local Middle TN area. We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessee's #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties, our representatives are well-trained and set-up for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $90,000 - $150,000 a year!

In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

•

Educate customers on water quality and its effects on their home via a professional presentation following a well-trained sales system on an iPad

•

Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design

•

Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you

•

Run approximately 8-10 leads a week

•

Provide excellent customer service before and after installation
