About This Job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Jr. Sales Officer at RAAH Group Inc. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for handling quotations and engaging in sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products/services for their needs;

•

Stay up to date on all products and services offered;

•

Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level;

•

Engage customers in a professional manner;

•

Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues;

Requirements:

•

Excellent communication skills;

•

Detail oriented;

•

Strong customer relationship skills;

•

Previous sales experience preferred;

•

Self-motivated;

•

Time management skills.
