The Training Center of the Energy Coordinating Agency Inc. (ECA) is the region’s premier training center for Weatherization and other programs and courses leading to careers in the energy and construction industries. ECA is one of two Weatherization Training Centers certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and the first Building Performance Institute (BPI) Affiliate in Pennsylvania.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced instructor who is versatile across multiple trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, energy auditor, and HVAC. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching adult learners, is hands-on, and committed to workforce development that empowers individuals with the skills needed to succeed in clean energy and construction careers. This position may involve occasional travel to off-site training locations.
