Inventory Coordinator

POSITION BRIEF: Individual reports to the Administrative Operations Manager and is responsible for inventory tracking and accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Complete Customer inventory transactions in Sooner 360
•
Complete Sooner and CTAP inventory transactions in Oracle
•
Perform regular inventory counts
•
Communicate with customers on inventory and transactions as needed
•
Identify and correct inventory discrepancies
•
Coordinate with the yard on inventory moves, receiving, and shipping related to storage
•
Coordinate with dispatch/shipping/receiving personnel on inbound and outbound transactions
•
Coordinate with OTS on customer inspection logging and inventory tracking
•
Facilitate periodic counts with customers and auditors
•
Apply barcode stickers and stencils as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
•
High School Diploma or equivalent
•
Effective oral and written communication
•
Inventory management experience
•
Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word experience
•
General computer skills
Preferred:
•
College degree
•
Oracle ERP experience
