This position will be primarily servicing the Bexar County area and adjacent area. The applicant must enjoy interacting with customers, be able to install new solar projects and troubleshoot existing solar customer problems, be able to install new battery backup project and troubleshoot existing battery backup projects, be able to install new generator backup projects, have the ability to read electrical plans and wiring diagrams, and be knowledgeable about electrical code requirements.
Employees in this role are primarily responsible for new solar installations, diagnosing and repairing problems with existing solar installations, and installing electrical wiring, raceways, disconnects, etc. to complete a working system. This position assists customers in addressing solar and battery backup needs inside the home and/or business. Employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance, maintain a positive attitude and strive to maintain positive relationships with customers. This role may also train and oversee helper electricians.
