Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's growth. Salary competitive/ negotiable

Responsibilities

•

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

•

Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

•

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

•

Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to accommodate different learning styles.

•

Integrate special education strategies to support diverse learners within the classroom.

•

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational administration tasks.

•

Maintain a well-organized classroom environment, including library services for student resources.

Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in early childhood education, with experience in the following areas being highly desirable:

•

Special education practices to support all learners effectively.

•

Tutoring or one-on-one instructional support for students needing additional assistance.

•

Education administration skills for effective classroom management.

•

Experience in lesson planning that incorporates various subjects

•

Familiarity with Montessori principles and practices.

Prefer to have a qualified teacher, or multiple years of experience, or have ECE units completed and be willing to learn.
