Lewis Energy Group is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Infrastructure / Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The manager oversees the administration and maintenance of hardware and server infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

+ Strong knowledge of VOIP, Wireless, Databases, Networking, SAN, Citrix and Linux. + Strong knowledge of System and Network Design. Cloud IAAS. + Ability to work in a fast paced environment. + Effective leadership skills + Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. + Ability to program in an administrative language (e.g. PHP, C#, VBScript, Windows PowerShell).

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages all infrastructure resources in the regions IT Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the region. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Windows, VMware, Citrix Workspaces, and Microsoft Application Suite.
