Team Leader Weir ESCO Covington, KY Onsite Sunday-Wednesday 7:30p – 6a Purpose of Role:

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations on the production floor and is responsible for leading a team of operators and technicians to meet production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a problem solving mindset and a constant drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet daily manufacturing goals. Train, mentor, and develop team members and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork on the shop floor.

•

Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other methodologies

•

Documentation: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, and quality metrics

•

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

•

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment

•

MIG Welding experience

•

Computer literacy
