About the Role:

The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the production process within our wholesale trade operations in Telford, TN. This position is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The supervisor will lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to optimize workflow and productivity. Additionally, the role involves monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Ultimately, the Manufacturing Supervisor is key to driving operational excellence and achieving company objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or equivalent.

•

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

•

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.

•

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.

•

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities:

•

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.

•

Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

•

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

•

Monitor production metrics and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement.

•

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to streamline processes.
