Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components and assemblies according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

•

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.

•

Fabricate metal parts using various techniques, including welding, plasma cutting, and assembly.

•

Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts for material handling.

•

Rig and assemble metal components as per project requirements.

•

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.

•

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Skills

•

Proficient in welding techniques and practices.

•

Experience in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

•

Knowledge of plasma cutting processes and equipment.

•

Strong ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.

•

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

•

Familiarity with hand tools used in metal fabrication.

•

Ability to rig materials safely for assembly processes.

•

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.69-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
