· Performs basic skills to complete work orders, fabrication, installation, and welding on the products and its components.
· Performs and completes tasks with minimal supervision.
· Performs skills to interpret blueprints, drawings, and all welding processes.
· Assembly of components with some fabrication and/or welding.
· Works as a member of the team to provide high-quality products that satisfy the customer.
· Promotes and supports safety, production, and positive attitude.
· Knowledge of equipment and tools, including their uses, and maintenance.
· Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in fabrication and welding.
· Display good work habits, accuracy and exceptional attention to detail, and quality of work and awareness.
· Must have knowledge of different types and size of structural materials.
· Ability to follow standard work to ensure quality work.
· Maintain all the field rules, policies, and safety procedures.
· A significant amount of time standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
· Constant movement and use of limbs and hands.
· Frequently lifts and moves materials and equipment.
