Position Summary
HRS Mitigation Techs provide emergency response restoration. We help customers through the difficult times surrounding water, fire, and environmental damage. We even handle trauma and hoarding cleanup!
Job Duties:
•Responding to property damage emergency calls.
•Interfacing with property owner, communicating to property owner the required scope, and selling the job.
•Use Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, mold, and trauma projects, providing detailed scope of work to be completed.
•Complete any necessary paperwork to record daily job notes and utilize moisture mapping software.
•Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals.
•Plan, organize and manage crews of technicians and subcontractors.
•Manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Establish and maintain client relationships.
•Calls or meets customer to ensure satisfaction and collects payment for work completed.
Qualifications:
•Preferred to be certified in Water Mitigation with the IICRC
•Organized and can handle documentation.
•Candidate needs to be capable and willing/eager to perform labor when needed.
•Strong construction background alongside water damage restoration experience is preferred.
•Applicants must be neat, professional, organized and detail oriented.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $22.00-$28.00 per hour. The pay is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location where the job is performed. HRS does not discriminate based upon any protected category with respect to the payment of wages.
