Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Kansas City, MO. Key Responsibilities:

•

Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and medical histories of pediatric patients

•

Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, illnesses, and injuries

•

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

•

Educate patients and families on health maintenance, prevention, and treatment options

•

Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on managing chronic conditions

•

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with pediatric care guidelines

•

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers

•

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

•

Participate in patient follow-ups and continuity of care

Requirements:

•

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Missouri

•

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP)

•

ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA preferred)

•

Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric care and pediatric-specific procedures

•

Ability to build strong relationships with pediatric patients and their families

•

Excellent communication and patient education skills

•

Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach
