Airfoil Technology, Inc. is a small overhaul repair station dedicated to providing high-quality repairs.
As an Office Assistant at Airfoil Technology, Inc., you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes that support our team.
Roles and Duties
•
Creating and issuing Work Orders and Purchase Orders
•
Purchasing items and entering information into spreadsheets
•
Answer telephones, emails, and faxes
•
Shipping Internal and external documents
•
Light HR duties
•
Account payable
•
Accounts receivable
•
Issuing of certificates
•
Completing work order packets
•
Help manage daily operations
•
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all documents.
•
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
•
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing documents.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is required.
•
Self motivated
•
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•
Reliable Transportation
•
Trustworthy
•
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
•
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•
Punctual
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
