Operations Leader - Cabinet Production

Ivy Cabinets is looking for a Shop Manager who can take charge of day-to-day operations and lead our cabinet installs with confidence and precision. This is a hands-on leadership role where your craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and ability to motivate a team will directly impact the quality and efficiency of every project we deliver.

As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing cabinet production, managing shop workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality installations. You’ll work closely with the owner and production team to maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment.
