Painter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various Interior & Exterior painting techniques and be proficient in working on a variety of surfaces.

Duties:

- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, or smoothing surfaces

- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces such as walls, doors, cabinets, and furniture

- Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects according to specifications

- Utilize different techniques including stucco, construction painting, plastering, concrete finishing, and drywall repair

- Perform tasks related to remodeling projects including masonry work, trim carpentry, and concrete finishing

- Work on building exteriors and interiors following schematics and blueprints

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in construction painting and finishing

- Proficiency in handling various materials such as stucco, plaster, drywall, and concrete

- Knowledge of trim carpentry and masonry work is a plus

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
