Painter/Laborer

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Apply paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or airless spray

- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on painted surfaces

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working

- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:

- Previous experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred

- Familiarity with fabricating, assembling, or working in a warehouse environment is a plus

- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools commonly used in painting

- Experience with auto body repair or airless paint spraying is highly desirable

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial

- Basic welding skills and experience operating a crane are advantageous
