Plant Manager

This is a senior leadership role. We're looking for someone with deep manufacturing and team management experience.

Your Mission?

Take full ownership of plant production performance across our cabinetry manufacturing operations. You’ll guide and support Plant Supervisors and department heads, translating business goals into factory floor execution. You’ll elevate our production strategy while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery metrics are met or exceeded. Your leadership won’t just affect numbers—it will shape culture, morale, and our bottom line.
