Power Systems Engineering Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Engineer to lead the balance of plant (BoP) design and integration of our Exowatt P3 modules into customer sites. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of our modules into various grid, behind-the-meter, and microgrid configurations. This highly cross-functional position requires collaboration across engineering, customers, EPCs, and developer partners to ensure successful deployment of our systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in microgrid design, power generation projects, and grid interconnection with a deep understanding of power systems engineering principles.
