Nexus Manufacturing LLC, an innovative and rapidly expanding company, is seeking a talented and dedicated Setup Machinist to join our team in Ham Lake, Minnesota. As a crucial member of our machine shop, you will play an integral role in the efficient operation of Haas Vertical Mills, performing secondary processes such as deburring and light assembly, maintaining equipment, and inspecting parts for quality. Key Responsibilities:

•

Setup and Operation: Skillfully set up and operate Haas Vertical Mills to produce precision parts.

•

Secondary Processes: Execute secondary processes, including deburring and light assembly, with meticulous attention to detail.

•

Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

•

Quality Inspection: Inspect parts to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and specifications.

•

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

•

Experience in setting up and running Haas Vertical Mills is preferred.

•

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

•

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

•

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Additional Details:

Work Schedule: 4-10 hour days (Monday through Thursday).

•

Mandatory Friday Overtime: May be required based on production needs.
