Job Title: Production Coordinator

Normally Reports to: Facility Branch Manager

Job Objective: Coordinate all aspects of shipping and receiving for our DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

•

Schedule all inbound and outbound shipments for production.

•

Maintain daily/monthly inventory counts of all finished goods for production.

•

Coordinate the movement of finished goods to and from our storage facility to ensure meeting all scheduled shipments.

•

Daily communication to dock/warehouse staff on shipment needs for the days.

•

Maintaining Outlook Calendar for daily tracking of all shipments.

•

Assisting warehouse staff with all proper paperwork for various orders (BOLs, labels…etc).

•

Daily communication to Facility Branch Manager of production needs for upcoming days.

•

Daily communication with team at Old World Industries for any shipping and receiving issues.

•

Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Skills/Qualifications

•

Prior experience on shipping and receiving in a high volume manufacturing facility

•

Ability to lift 40lbs

•

Ability to stand, bend and lift for the duration of the workday

•

Forklift experience helpful

•

Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow
