Summary of Position:
The Liberty Manufacturing Production Crew Lead will supervise technicians within a responsible area with main objectives of safety, ensuring scheduled production demands are satisfied and met. Position will also help develop production schedules. Must have good leadership and communication skills. Required to provide training and guidance for all personnel. Schedules third party vendors as needed. Performs quality checks during build and after units are completed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•4+ years of equipment manufacturing leadership experience
•4+ years of Oil & Gas Service equipment experience
•Mechanical and/or Electrical experience •Demonstrated assembly and maintenance aptitude
•Possesses good communication skills
•Ability to work independently and make on the spot decisions
•Experience working under high pressure situations
•Must be willing to travel to outside locations
•Familiarity with lean manufacturing preferred
•Familiarity with frac equipment preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite Software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Primary Responsibilities:
•Must follow and ensure team is adhering to all safety requirements and standards.
•Under broad direction, directs activities of production team within an assigned production area.
•Responsible for setting expectations, goals, training, and monitoring of personnel.
•Develops and maintains a team environment through the planning and coordinating of group activities.
•Assigns work tasks & expectations to team and monitors results.
•Supports short and long range goals which align with manufacturing management, production teams and the company.
•Ensures efforts are directed towards continuous improvements, involved in developing and executing procedures and policies for assigned areas, and maintains compliance / adherence to safety policies and procedures.
•Responsible for cost and quality for areas of responsibility.
•Works with other areas of manufacturing to quickly resolve problems as they arise.

Salary:
$85,000/YR - $125,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
