Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations within our company. This is an office-based role that requires strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage workflow, personnel, and compliance standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage daily lab production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking

· Lead a team of technicians to ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance

· Develop and maintain production workflows and systems to optimize efficiency and throughput

· Coordinate with clients and customer service teams to manage turnaround times and expectations

· Ensure all safety and quality assurance protocols are followed rigorously

· Conduct regular reviews of lab processes to identify opportunities for improvement

· Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment

· Generate reports and metrics on production efficiency, team performance, and job turnaround

· Support training and onboarding of new technicians and staff

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in a production management or operations role

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Familiarity with quality assurance systems and documentation requirements

· Proficient in office software and production tracking tools

· Comfortable working in a technical environment with attention to detail and compliance

· OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
