Backed by expert project teams and a commitment to quality, we are expanding and seeking an experienced Construction Sales Representative to drive growth in our local market.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with existing connections in the residential construction market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep local ties and a strong understanding of construction materials and methods to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

•

Identify, pursue, and close residential renovation projects in roofing, siding, windows, and general remodeling.

•

Leverage your local network and industry knowledge to generate and convert leads.

•

Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and provide accurate estimates.

•

Educate homeowners on material choices, the construction process, timelines, and payment options.

•

Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and customer follow-ups.

•

Coordinate with project management to ensure a seamless customer experience and project handoff.

•

Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets.

What You Bring

•

3+ years of sales experience in residential construction, renovation, or exterior contracting.

•

Strong understanding of construction terminology, scopes of work, and materials.

•

Proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain consistent follow-up.

•

Solid local market presence or book of business strongly preferred.

•

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

•

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

•

Comfort with basic tech tools (CRM, email, mobile apps).

Weekly commission draw: We will advance a portion of your anticipated commissions as weekly payroll payments for the first 4 weeks to support your ramp-up.
