EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelors of Science or related field and eight to ten year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Good organizational skills, ability to solve problems, strong verbal and written communication skills, and computer literate. Must possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Requires a working knowledge of industry standards. Must be able to manage several projects at one time. Has a strong understanding of robotic systems. Employee must be able to work with minimal supervision, conferring with supervisor on unusual matters. Has some latitude for unreviewed action or decision.

Ability to publish technical papers, articles or textbooks. Ability to make presentations and have one or more patents. Able to do quantitative analysis of complex robotic systems. Broad background that shows ability to master new and emerging technologies. Proven track record for developing practical, real world solutions for complex solving.
