The Project Manager will be responsible for providing estimates, collaborating and coordinating with other departments, and will partner with the production team to meet customer specifications. Power generation/emergency power experience required.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide competitive estimates for customers
- Track project status, communicate with stakeholders, and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with production team to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report for departmental continuous improvement
- Work safely adhere to all safety policies
- Proficiency in project management practices, procedures, and processes
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and engineering software
- Experience in the emergency power or data center field a plus
- Excellent customer service skills; for internal and external customers
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Prolonged time spent working at a computer
- Potential need for travel to customer locations (max 25% travel), both in and out of state.
- Occasionally required to step onto manufacturing shop floor
