Koch Engineered Solutions is currently hiring for a Purchasing Support Lead for our Katy, TX office. This role will provide leadership and direction for the KES Purchasing Support data entry team. Additionally, you will assist with the execution of key initiatives and strategies that are aligned with and will advance the overall KES vision, while also growing and developing the talent, capability, and resources required to meet current and future business needs. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

Our Team

This role is within the Purchasing Support Group’s accounting division, supporting the Project and Services companies of KES.

You will work with the data entry team on purchase order maintenance, invoice processing, and system receiving for field construction. This role also involves collaborating with other teams and divisions to drive transformative change within the organization.

What You Will Do

•

Lead and develop a highly valued, knowledgeable, and capable team by providing regular feedback to ensure team growth and improvement

•

Maintain a solution-focused attitude and encourage brainstorming and collaboration during adversity

•

Evaluate and distribute workload based on team members' comparative advantages

•

Champion change by encouraging experimentation, team participation in transformation initiatives and challenging the status quo

•

Maintain and build mutual respect in partnerships with other business groups and vendors through clear communication

•

Facilitating and responsibility of data entry for the Purchasing Support Group within KES

•

Provide field support with timely payment updates and stakeholder communication

•

Compile data to assist with review of monthly team performance activity

•

Research and resolve disputed field related invoices, ensuring proper turnaround and productivity for minimized field disruption

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

•

Experience working with various teams and departments within the organization.

•

Experience coaching and mentoring in a group setting

•

Experience using an ERP system.

What Will Put You Ahead

•

Experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools for data analysis

•

Experience monitoring and analyzing KPIs for team members

•

Experience working in the Oil and Gas Industry with transactional knowledge of related materials and services.
