Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on quality control and adherence to safety standards, making it essential for candidates to have experience with precision measuring instruments and quality assurance processes.
Duties
•
Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
•
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
•
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines to verify product specifications.
•
Conduct regular inspections using vision inspection systems to maintain quality assurance standards.
•
Document production data and quality control results in compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
•
Collaborate with the QA/QC team to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Experience
•
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
•
Familiarity with quality assurance practices, including QA/QC methodologies and quality management systems.
•
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
•
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
•
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
