Job Summary: We are looking for a detailed and experienced Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining robust quality assurance processes to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
•
Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
•
Maintain thorough documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions taken.
•
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
•
Confirm products meet all legal and safety standards
•
Generate quality, process, and procedure documentation
•
Continuously monitor production for improvements
•
Conduct fabrication inspections to print specifications
•
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements / Preferences:
•
Strong understanding of quality systems, ISO (required)
•
Ability to interpret blueprints, including GD&T (required)
•
Exceptional attention to detail (required)
•
Familiarity with AWS and ASME welding codes
•
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
•
Math skills, including geometry
•
Knowledge of document control
•
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to lift 50 pounds
•
Faro Arm experience a plus
•
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is a plus
Schedule:
•
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
