We handle a variety of residential electrical installations, including rewires, security systems, whole home lighting, and more. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality service, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance with local codes.

Competitive Pay: 15% Commission + Monthly Bonuses ($175k-250k annually)

•

Schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday (start time at 7:00am or 10:00am).

Key Responsibilities

•

Serve Up to Three Customers Daily: Engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver excellent service, and provide solutions tailored to their home.

•

Solution-Oriented Sales: Be dedicated to finding the best solutions for each customer, offering recommendations that encompass safety, efficiency, and long-term value.

•

Expert Installation & Repair: Execute immediate, high-quality repairs and installations, ensuring each home improvement is completed professionally and up to code.

•

Professional Representation: Serve as the face of As You Wish, upholding our standards of professionalism and excellence in every customer interaction.

•

Collaboration: Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams to streamline each job.

•

Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in training to continually refine your skills, maintain certifications, and provide customers with the latest in industry expertise.

Requirements:

•

EL02 license (Washington State)

•

3+ years of residential electrical experience in diagnostics, sales, and repairs.

•

Customer Service & Sales Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions.

•

Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing As You Wish with professionalism.

•

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
