What You’ll Do:
•
Perform roof assessments and prepare surfaces for solar installations
•
Repair, replace, and install roofing systems (shingles, tiles, flat roofs, etc.)
•
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes
•
Collaborate with solar installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
•
Maintain a clean and organized job site
•
Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners
What We’re Looking For:
•
Proven experience in residential roofing (3+ years preferred)
•
Familiarity with various roofing materials and systems
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•
OSHA certification is a plus
