Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various landscapes, ensuring that outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and functional. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, creativity, and customer service skills to effectively manage landscaping projects and client relationships.
Duties
•
Utilize technology for project management, including scheduling and tracking progress.
•
Engage in lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within the landscaping market.
•
Negotiate contracts with clients while maintaining strong account management practices.
•
Upsell additional services or products to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
•
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative landscaping solutions tailored to client specifications.
Skills
•
Strong understanding of landscape design principles and horticulture practices.
•
Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
•
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•
Experience in outside sales with a focus on direct sales strategies within the landscaping industry..
•
Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and foster long-term client relationships.
•
Familiarity with technology sales concepts as they relate to landscaping services.
