Scientist

Position Summary

We seek an ambitious and motivated scientist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and validate breakthrough omics technologies while working closely with our advanced machine learning and clinically oriented applications teams.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Conceptualize and execute research projects to develop and validate innovative omics technologies.

+ Collaborate with machine learning and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies into advanced applications.

+ Design and execute complex laboratory experiments, analyze data, and refine approaches.

+ Prepare and present project updates, protocols, and scientific findings to cross- functional teams.

+ Develop scalable solutions to overcome technical challenges and expand R&D capabilities.

Qualifications

+ BS, MS or PhD Degree in genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry or a closely related field. Highly candidate dependent but typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a MS degree and 4 years of related experience or a PhD and 2 years of related experience.

+ Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS), molecular assays, single cell or spatial biology techniques.

+ Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative molecular technologies.

+ Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as Python, R, or equivalent.

+ Strong communication skills and experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
