AODK is an award-winning architecture firm in Cleveland, OH. The studio is seeking a visionary Architect with 15–20 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at managing large-scale, complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and fostering client relationships. We are a progressive design firm with exciting projects that include master planning, mixed use developments, corporate, educational, hospitality, residential and religious.
Qualifications:
•
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch &/or M.Arch)
•
Registered Architect
•
15–20 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility
•
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex, high-quality projects
•
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
•
Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard software
•
Strong design and detailing skills
•
Experience with sustainability, WELL/LEED principles, and emerging technologies is a plus
Responsibilities:
•
Provide conceptual and strategic direction on projects from inception through completion
•
Ensure design excellence and innovation across all phases of project development
•
Champion firm-wide design standards and contribute to evolving the firm’s design vision
•
Identify client needs and proactively deliver thoughtful, value-driven solutions.
•
Lead and oversee the design and documentation of multiple projects concurrently
•
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
•
Identify new project opportunities and contribute to proposals and interviews.
•
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact
This is a full-time - in office position.
Salary is commensurate based on experience.
