Senior Specialist, Resource Management/Business Planning within the Collection Operationsteam under the Revenue Services Organization at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow.
In this job, you will be integral to supporting all facets of the credit and collections operations at SCE. Your responsibilities will include providing analytical support in revenue collection efforts for both active and inactive accounts to reduce outstanding receivables and write-offs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and analyzing and implementing enhancements to optimize collection efforts and achieve best-in-class standards
This role will focus on data analysis, compliance monitoring, and process optimization within the Credit and Collections function. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying trends, analyzing critical data, and providing actionable insights that influence high-level decision-making. You will also support regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives, optimize collection activities, and ensure compliance with key controls including SOX requirements. This is a highly visible role that requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple departments.
