Senior Supply Chain Process Improvement Specialist

Senior Supply Chain Process Improvement Specialist primary focus is to support functional areas of SCM to drive strategic process improvement activities.

The role is responsible for standardization and implementation of process efficiencies and effectiveness for the respective functions in SCM to ensure customer focused processes and compliance.

The role will also drive improvements, simplifications and automation of end-to-end processes as well as drive the cultural change towards new ways of working with a process improvement mindset. Responsibilities:* Sustain the Process Management Framework (SCM Policy and SOPs) to ensure accurate process documentation, identify process gaps and enforce quality assurance of process documentation, including management system content and compliance.

Qualification Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Requisitioning Authority:

Determined by job level as per corporate guidelines.

Safety and Environment:

Ensure that Health, Safety, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility standards are considered and incorporated where possible in the development and improvement of processes.
