Service Controls Project Manager

MMC is looking for a Service Controls Project Manager for the Building Intelligencedivision based in Rochester, MN! MMC's Project Managers differentiate themselves and MMC through excellent project execution. They own their personal development and create strong relationships with our customers. They will develop solutions and sell the majority of their own work. Their skill level allows them to be effective partners to customers, building owners, field technicians, assistant project managers and senior project managers.

Essential Tasks for a Project Manager include:

Education

Required Demonstrated Experience

+ Job plans and specifications. + Wiring and equipment schematics. + Control strategies. + Microsoft Office: Word and Excel, knowledge of Share Point a plus

Preferred experience:

+ Estimating digital HVAC control or related systems. + Managing installation of digital control or related systems. + Designing and applying digital control or related systems. + Familiar with Microsoft Visio drawing software.
